Planning Drawings
- This service includes a full measured survey of the existing property.
- These are then converted into CAD Drawings.
- Any extension, or works requested by you, the client, are then added to the CAD drawings and discussed with you, prior to submission to the local council.
- We will then track the application informing you of any issues or decisions.
Building Regulation Drawings
- This service includes a full measured survey of the existing property.
- These are then converted into CAD Drawings.
- Any extension, or works requested by you, the client, are then added to the CAD drawings and discussed with you, prior to submission to the local council.
- We will then track the application informing you of any issues or decisions.
3D visualisation
- These drawings include the information needed to obtain the necessary building regulations approvals required from building control and your builder to build your project.
- These will include a number of floor plans and cross-sections enough in number to convey the needed information.
